Our standard production times vary dependent on product and are listed below. Please be aware that these times are taken from when you submit correctly formatted final artwork. Please note that if you place an order on our website after 3pm it will not be processed until the following day:

Tracking Your Order

When you purchase products from The Exhibition Store we ask that you register with the site. This is simply to give you log in details to allow you to track your order. Order statuses are updated in real time with the progress of your purchase.
 

Alternative Products / Delivery Options

We understand that sometimes things can get left until the last minute when ordering products. At The Exhibition Store we do everything possible to help you and ensure you receive your goods on time. In special circumstances and where possible we will try and organise alternative delivery options for your products. Please note that any additional delivery costs will be added to the respective order.
 

Faulty Items and Returns

It is paramount that all goods must be checked at time of delivery before signing for the item(s). If you inspect goods and find any damage then please refuse the delivery and do not sign for the goods. This will ensure that the consignment is returned to us where it can be inspected, repaired/replaced and ultimately re-delivered.

If goods are signed for unchecked and are subsequently found to be damaged then it is the customers responsibility to return them to us for repair/replacement. Regrettably we cannot offer a free collection of damaged goods that have been accepted and signed for at time of delivery.

If delivery is attempted and no one is available to sign for the goods then the delivery will usually be re-attempted the following working day. After 2 failed delivery attempts goods will be returned to The Stand People Limited and an additional delivery charge will be applied should you wish for us to re-dispatch the order.

Should you order goods in error or be unhappy with you goods in any way then you should return them to us at your cost within 3 working days from date of delivery so we can inspect them.

All goods should be returned sealed, unused and in their original packaging. We cannot refund for items which have been opened, used or are damaged.

Goods must be returned at the customers cost and we strongly advise sending all goods via an insured courier service.
For non printed products which are bought to order there may be a re-stocking fee for returned goods of up to 20% of the value of the goods. We cannot accept returns of items which have been bespoke printed.
 

Late Deliveries
 
We will always aim to keep you fully advised regarding potential delays or production delays caused by problems outside of our control. The Stand People Limited will not be liable for any consequential losses caused by late deliveries or courier problems.
 

Cancellation Policy
 
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you can do this anytime up until the goods are in production.  Cancellations must be made in writing to info@thestandpeople.co.uk quoting the order number and reason for cancellation.  Any monies paid will be refunded once this is received.  As goods are made to order, unfortunately once they are in production you will be liable to pay for them.

The Exhibition Store is the trading name for The Stand People Ltd. Please note that some documentation may be referred to as "The Stand People Ltd.' This does not affect any order made with The Exhibition Store.
